Marcos R. Marchena - Shareholder

Mr. Marchena is the founding shareholder of Marchena and Graham, P.A., which was established in 1988. He has been practicing law since 1985 and is widely respected for his lawyering skills, including representation of public sector clients. Mr. Marchena is an AV-Rated attorney. Mr. Marchena has resided in Orlando since emigrating from Cuba in 1971. Mr. Marchena’s legal experience includes, in addition to representing governmental entities, negotiation of complex commercial transactions, acting as bond counsel, land use, real property and business law. Mr. Marchena has maintained an active civic life outside of his law practice. He currently serves as Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the University of Central Florida. He is a past Chairman of the Florida Transportation Commission, a past Chairman of the Middle District Federal Nominating Committee, a past Chairman of the Orange County Planning and Zoning Commission, a past Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Valencia Community College and a past Chairman of the Nominating Commission of the City of Orlando.

Keith A. Graham - Shareholder

Keith A. Graham is a founding shareholder at Marchena and Graham, P.A, which was founded in 1988. Mr. Graham has resided in Orlando since 1971. Mr. Graham has been practicing law since 1987 and his practice has included a broad range of trial and appellate cases covering complex business litigation in state, federal district, bankruptcy and related appellate courts, including a variety of contract, real estate, business related tort, condemnation, construction, creditor’s rights and environmental litigation. In addition to his litigation practice, Mr. Graham’s experience also includes corporate law, business transactions, real estate transactions, government and contract law.

Yovannie Rodriguez - Shareholder

Ms. Rodriguez is a shareholder at Marchena and Graham, P.A. Born in Bayamon, Puerto Rico, Ms. Rodriguez has been practicing law in the Orlando area and with Marchena and Graham, P.A. since being admitted to the Florida Bar in October 1999. Ms. Rodriguez’s practice is concentrated in civil rights, Federal and local small business programs, municipal finance, corporate law, real estate transactions, government and contract law. Ms. Rodriguez has counseled on an extensive capital improvement program involving infrastructure development including an intermodal complex, a terminal complex and transportation infrastructure, development of procurement plans, risk management and insurance/bonding plans. In addition, Ms. Rodriguez practices municipal finance law where she has acquired extensive experience in disclosure matters as well as negotiating and drafting municipal finance documents.

Ms. Rodriguez has numerous speaking engagements including the Airports Council International and the FAA National Civil Rights Training Conference. She has also maintained an active civic life outside of her law practice, currently serving as a Statewide Board Member of the Hispanic Business Initiative Fund.

Christopher J. Wilson - Partner

Mr. Wilson is a partner at Marchena and Graham, P.A. and has been practicing with the firm since being admitted to the Florida Bar in 2005. Mr. Wilson was born and raised in Central Florida and is a lifelong resident. Mr. Wilson’s practice is concentrated in real estate transaction and title matters, airport law, government law, land use and zoning law, environmental law (state and federal), business transactions, commercial leases and probate. Specifically with airport law, Mr. Wilson provides counsel related to development, zoning, land use, NEPA, noise land issues, and airport specific requirements related to complex and large real estate transactions.

Outside of his practice of law, Mr. Wilson currently volunteers as the Committee Chair to Cub Scout Pack 608.

Ms. Wiggins was born and raised in Orlando and is a lifelong resident. Outside of her law practice, Ms.Wiggins has an active civic life. Ms. Wiggins volunteers with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Florida and is a member of the Florida Bar Young Lawyers Division.

Anne van den Berg - Associate

Ms. van den Berg is an associate at Marchena and Graham, P.A. and has been practicing with the firm since April 2013. Prior to practicing at the firm she worked for Hunton & Williams in Richmond, Virginia,
and for Carrington, Coleman, Sloman and Blumenthal in Dallas, Texas, in its bankruptcy section. Ms. Van den Berg was born in Paris, France. She has lived in Central Florida since 1989. Her practice is concentrated in corporate law, business transactions, airport law, commercial transactions, government law, contract law and wills and trusts.

Outside of her law practice, Ms. van den Berg has an active civic life. Ms. van den Berg is a current Board Member for The Ephraim Project, Emeritus Board Member of the Winter Park Playhouse and past Board Member at Trinity Preparatory School and St. Vladimir’s Orthodox Theological Seminary.

Jessica A. Maugeri - Associate

George Rodon, Director of Business Development

A native of Cuba, Mr. Rodon attended the University of Maryland and after graduating he began his career in Florida in 1971 as an employee of the department of Health and Rehabilitative Services.  George Rodon retired after twenty-three years of service from Orange County Government upon the completion of Mayor Richard T. Crotty’s term on January 3, 2011.  During his tenure, he worked in various leadership positions, which included overseeing the County’s economic development initiatives, international trade and tourism promotion and serving directly under the three Mayors that have been elected since Orange County assumed a “mayoral” form of government in 1990. 

Mr. Rodon has received numerous awards and commendations including twice being selected as an “Outstanding Young Man in America” and “International Who’s Who of Professionals” as well as “The Hispanic 100” and was named twice as one of the region’s 25 most influential Hispanics by Ahora Magazine.  In 2007, Mr. Rodon received the prestigious Don Quixote Hispanic Professional of the Year Award from the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of Central Florida. 

Mr. Rodon serves on the BB&T Bank Advisory Board as well as the Valencia Foundation Board.  He is a founding member of the Orlando Area Committee on Foreign Relations and he served proudly for seven years as the Chairman of the Disney Entrepreneur Center Board.
